Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy on all digital subscriptions or in-app purchases, provided that:

• You submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase.

• You have not completed more than 25% of the program content.

For physical items (like ZAB pins or merch):

• Returns accepted within 14 days if item is unused and in original condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
